Highclere Horse Laundry provides a professional horse laundry and repair service. By giving us your items to launder you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions

All items should be bagged up with your customer instructions: name, contact details and description of items and services required. 

Hair and poop must be removed from rugs and other items before washing. Rugs and items covered in hair or needing a pre wash will be charged an additional £10 

Our policy is to send all items back in good working order: washed, reproofed and repaired unless otherwise specified. If you do not want repairs done please add this to your customer instructions

We carry our repairs after laundering.

Repairs patches are done in the closest colour match with new waterproof, breathable fabric and bonded thread. An agent is used to seal the needle holes. 

Highclere Horse Laundry will service, clean, reproof and repair items as per customer instructions and in accordance with manufacturers recommended laundry instructions.

All items are washed individually on a gentle 30* bespoke equine wash with Nikwax Rugwash and Nikwax Reproof in accordance to manufacturers instructions. 

If items are particularly dirty, one wash may not be enough. If this is the case we will contact you and a second wash can be done at an additional cost. 

Nikwax Reproof is a temporary surface treatment which will degrade, it is not a permanent waterproof solution. Rugs need to be completely clean for the product to work, if we feel the rug needs a second wash before reproofing we will contact you.

Where required some items may go on a bespoke equine 25* aerate tumble dry cycle to ensure they are completely dry before packing 

Rugs are air dried at a low temperature on Ecodri rug rails 

Highclere Horse Laundry will contact you with ticket numbers and a payment link when your items are ready. All monies should be paid in full before your items are returned

Sorry but we cannot be liable for:

Any item which suffers colour loss, colour bleed, shrinkage, damage, including waterproof coatings during the cleaning process, whereby the manufacturer’s care label instructions have been adhered to. Any item which, due to wear and tear or due to its integral nature, is unable to withstand an industrial launder. Loss of colour, some dyes are soluble. Multicoloured items, dyes may bleed onto adjacent fabric.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without notice.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Highclere Horse Laundry make every effort to maintain the highest quality standards at all times with 100% Satisfaction, no questions asked, money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our cleaning/ repairs, please contact us within 48 hours. If appropriate we shall reprocess your garment at no extra cost. If you are still not satisfied we will refund the cost of cleaning/repair.
